Reserve It Now – Terms and Conditions:

The following Terms and Conditions apply to this Dealership’s “Reserve It Now” program which enables a customer to place a deposit on vehicles in inventory or to join a list waiting for vehicles to arrive. Each person who places a deposit pursuant to this Program agrees to these Terms and Conditions:

• Customer may place a Deposit of $500.00 on any vehicle listed on the Dealership’s internet website by following the links shown on the website as “Reserve It Now”, completing the Reservation Form and making the Deposit using a valid credit card.
• If the vehicle is available for sale and is not in the process of being purchased by someone else, the Dealership will place a HOLD on that vehicle for a period of 72 hours to permit Customer to come to the Dealership and complete the transaction. If Dealership is unable to contact Customer within the 72 hours or the final transaction documents are not executed within 72 hours, the Deposit will be returned and neither party shall have any further responsibility to the other.
• If the vehicle is not available and Customer does not want to select an alternate vehicle, the Dealership will refund the Deposit.
• If the Vehicle is not available but can either be ordered or is expected to arrive at the Dealership within a reasonable time period, Customer may apply the Deposit to a Waiting List. The date of the Deposit will determine Customer’s position on the Waiting List.
• If the vehicle Customer wants can be dealer traded from another dealer, this Dealership will attempt to obtain that vehicle by dealer trade only after Customer has signed a binding Buyer’s Order. In the event of a dealer trade for the vehicle, the Deposit will be applied to the purchase, but is not refundable under any circumstances if the vehicle is acquired by this Dealership from a third party and Customer does not complete the transaction.
• By placing the Deposit and completing the Reservation Form, Customer authorizes the Dealership to contact Customer via telephone and email to confirm the Deposit and process the transaction.
• Neither party is under any contractual obligation unless and until a Buyer’s Order or Retail Installment Contract is executed.
• Customer represents and warrants that the vehicle is being acquired for his own use, and not on behalf of another. Customer represents all information provided is true and accurate.
• Customer is not purchasing the vehicle for export purposes. Reserve it Now excludes any vehicles that are purchased for export or which are intended to be sold to an exporter.
• The Dealership may reject any Deposit or terminate further discussions if any Customer information is false or violates any of Customer’s representations in these Terms and Conditions.
• Customer’s Deposit will be returned to Customer if the transaction is not closed for any reason unless Dealer has dealer-traded or purchased the vehicle from a third party.
